Customer satisfaction is our goal. We strive to provide the highest quality merchandise to our customers in an efficient and timely manner.

Privacy Policy:

Please be assured that we will not share, sell or give your private information to others. That includes your name, telephone number and email address.

Payments:

We currently accept website payment via Pay Pal. Payment is made at the time the order is placed in order to reserve inventory. Please contact us if you have any questions about our payment policy.

In our Spa locations, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card.   

Exchange and Return Policy:

We at Serendipity MedSpa & Weight Loss want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  However, due to the fact that our products are personal in nature, at this time all sales are final. We inspect every item carefully before it leaves our spa. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of a website order item that might have been damaged in shipping.

Authorized damaged returns must be unused and in original condition and in original unopened packaging with all factory labels attached.

Authorized refunds will be processed in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return insurance and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing & Sales Tax:

Please note our pricing reflects the most recent pricing we receive from our vendors. In the case we receive a price change, our pricing may change without prior notice.

In accordance with applicable law, Serendipity collects tax in all states. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.  A Georgia sales tax of 7% will be added to orders shipped to a Georgia address.

States that impose sales tax collection on Shipping & Handling expenses require that sales tax be applied to Shipping & Handling when the item that is being shipped is subject to sales tax.

The following states have no sales tax: AK, DE, MT, NH, OR. Tax exempt entities do not have to provide any documentation for orders shipping to states that have no sales tax.

For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will be calculated and charged at the time your order is shipped.

Shipping and Delivery:

All purchases are inspected and packed with extreme care and shipped as quickly as possible.  We currently ship within the United States.

Our standard method of shipping is UPS.  In stock merchandise usually ships in 2-5 days. Please note, these are estimated shipping times that can be affected by holidays, whether we have the item in stock and the average order times from our manufacturers and fluctuating inventory levels due to demand. For these reasons, Serendipity MedSpa & Weight Loss cannot guarantee a shipping time - but, we will ship an order as quickly as possible.  If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail . Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 5-7 business days. Please note 1-3 day shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Serendipity MedSpa & Weight Loss is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, inclement weather or acts of nature.

Overnight and 2-day Shipping: For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available.

If you need an item shipped by a carrier other than UPS, please contact us.

United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Serendipity MedSpa & Weight Loss and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
